    Get ready to move, groove, and recharge at March into Motion — a high-energy activation designed to keep kids active and engaged during the school break.

    In collaboration with Unity Toronto Gym, this experience invites young participants ages 6 – 12 to get moving through guided sessions focused on fun, confidence-building, and positive energy. It’s all about movement, connection, and making the most of the week off.

    • Do I need to register to participate?

      Registration is highly encouraged as spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

    • Do I need to pay to participate?

      No need! This activation is complimentary, and all you need to do is reserve your spot.

    • Who can participate in this activity?

      March into Motion is open to children ages 6 to 12, accompanied by an adult.

    • Do I need to check in before I start?

      Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled session to check in and sign the waiver. When you arrive, visit the check-in booth during your designated timeslot to meet with a representative.

    • Who will be supervising the sessions?

      Certified instructors from Unity Toronto will lead all sessions, ensuring proper supervision and safe activities. Parents or guardians must remain present for the duration of the session.

    • What should participants wear or bring?

      Comfortable activewear and sneakers are recommended. Water bottles are encouraged.

    • Are there any health or safety requirements?

      Participants should be in good general health. A waiver may be required prior to participation.
