Bring the magic of the season to life at Santa’s Letter Lane! This enchanting space invites kids to pen their holiday wishes and greetings to Santa in a festive and joyful setting.
After crafting their letters, children can drop them in the interactive mailbox located at Planet Santa in Centre Court and watch as their messages begin their journey to the North Pole. A perfect way to make holiday memories that will last a lifetime!

Capture the season’s spirit at our enchanting Hot Air Balloon display, returning once again to delight shoppers and create picture-perfect memories with family and friends. Visit West Court and make this holiday season one to remember.
