In celebration of Heart Month, the Central East Cardiovascular Rehab team is hosting a pop‑up community clinic focused on heart health.
Community members are invited to meet the care team and take a proactive step toward better cardiovascular wellness with complimentary blood pressure checks, heart health education, and one‑on‑one guidance.
On site, staff will be available to:
– Provide blood pressure screenings
– Offer one‑on‑one consultations on heart health and risk factors
– Share education and resources to support a healthier lifestyle
– Accept referrals to the cardiovascular rehabilitation program
– Give away branded swag while supplies last
No appointment required — just drop in, ask questions, and take care of your heart.
