Parent(s) or legal guardian(s) are required to remain present and supervise their child at all times throughout participation. Children under the age of 10 are not permitted to handle beads and must have a parent or legal guardian handle all beads and small components on their behalf. Children and youth aged 10 and older may handle beads only while under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By participating, parent(s) and legal guardian(s) voluntarily assume all risks associated with the activity, including the risk of injury, illness, choking, or death, and agree that Scarborough Town Centre (STC), its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising from participation in the activity.
