Sales Representative - Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers - Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers - Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales Mobile Repair Technician - Diagnosis and troubleshooting mobile devices to identify hardware and software issues - Use diagnostic tools and software to accurately pinpoint problems Replace or repair damaged components, including screens, batteries, charging ports, and buttons - Clean and remove dust, debris, or moisture affecting device performance - Skillfully disassemble and reassemble mobile devices, avoiding damage - Retrieve data from malfunctioning or damaged devices, including photos, contacts, and files - Thoroughly test repaired devices to ensure all functions work correctly - Perform quality control checks to meet industry standards and ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain an inventory of replacement parts, tools, and supplies - Keep meticulous records of repairs, including work performed, parts used, and customer information - Stay updated on the latest mobile device models, technologies, and repair techniquesApplication Medium:
